• Account information such as display name, email, authentication identifiers and settings.
• Subscription and billing information such as plan, payment order, amount, network, public receiving-address snapshot and submitted transaction ID.
• Project and usage information such as searches, sources, scans, audience records, segments, exports, campaign settings, delivery events and feature usage.
• Connection or session data needed for supported Telegram integrations.
• Technical information such as request metadata, security logs, errors and diagnostics.

2. Telegram and public-source data

Depending on the feature, the service may process public Telegram channels, groups, messages, usernames, identifiers and activity information, together with data from sources or accounts a user connects.

Users are responsible for ensuring that imported, exported and outreach data is handled lawfully.

3. Why we process information

• To create and secure accounts and provide requested product features.
• To enforce plan limits, review payments and maintain billing records.
• To run research, scanning, audience, export, monitoring and campaign workflows requested by users.
• To prevent abuse, investigate incidents, diagnose errors and improve reliability.

4. Authentication and service providers

If you use a third-party sign-in provider such as Google, that provider processes information under its own terms. We may also use hosting, database, authentication and monitoring providers to operate the service.

5. Blockchain payment data

Blockchain transactions and transaction IDs can be publicly visible. A submitted transaction ID is stored with the relevant payment order and billing record.

Never send TG Vector private keys, seed phrases or wallet recovery credentials.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data category.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
