TG Vector payments and services are provided and processed by EURO WORKFORCE GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17313064. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

1. Plans, credits and payment review

TG Vector may offer paid access plans and outreach credits. Where a manual payment flow is available, access may be activated only after payment confirmation.

2. Before activation

Before a payment is confirmed and the related access is activated, we may review duplicate, mistaken or otherwise disputed payments. Contact support promptly with the relevant payment-order information.

3. After activation

Once a subscription or access period has been activated, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where TG Vector cannot provide the purchased service because of its own material failure.

Cancellation prevents a future renewal where renewal is available. It does not retroactively refund service already provided or consumed.

4. Outreach credits

Consumed outreach credits are non-refundable. Unused credits are not represented as cash-redeemable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires it.

5. Disputes and consumer rights

For billing questions or disputes, contact support@tgvector.com. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you prevail over this policy where required by law.
