1. Operator and contract party

TG Vector is operated by EURO WORKFORCE GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17313064, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Throughout these Terms, “TG Vector”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EURO WORKFORCE GROUP LTD as the operator of the TG Vector service, where the context requires.

2. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, using a third-party sign-in provider, purchasing a plan or using TG Vector, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account information, credentials and activity. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, payment requirements, security controls or enforcement.

3. Paid plans and crypto payments

Registration is free, but platform functionality requires an active paid plan. Current prices, limits and included features are shown before purchase.

Crypto payment orders are reviewed manually and access is activated only after confirmation. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, so you are responsible for the correct asset, network, amount and destination.

Refunds, cancellations and other billing remedies are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the payment. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Lawful and responsible use

You may use the service for lawful research, analysis, audience management, exports and outreach. You are responsible for complying with applicable law, third-party platform rules and the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Your data and instructions

You remain responsible for search terms, lists, messages, campaign content, imported data and instructions submitted to the service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to use that material.

Public-source and third-party data may be incomplete, delayed or changed without notice.

6. Telegram and third-party services

TG Vector is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. Third-party services may change their APIs, limits, rules or availability at any time.

7. Availability, suspension and changes

We may update, limit or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or material violations of these Terms.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Liability and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and TG Vector is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by misuse, third-party restrictions or events outside reasonable control.
